I´m interested in learning english, but the point is learning. Therefore my question, how much knowledge must I have? The best for me, woud be to start with it.

there is another nice and short Podcast available. It's from the Saarland University and it's called RoPeCast
This podcast comes 2 times a month and takes only 5...7 minutes.
Normaly they don't talk any german word, so its not for the absolut beginner.
You can find the link to their homepage below and you can subscribe to that podcast free of charge with any free available podcatcher (e.g. iTunes)
