Die Masche einer chinesischen Domainregistrierungsstelle ist raffiniert:


1. Einem Domainbesitzer wird mitgeteilt, dass eine Firma chinesische Domänen mit seinem Markenbegriff belegen und die Marke für sich sichern will. So z. B. mir:

2. Falls eine Antwort erfolgt, wird einem nahegelegt, die Domänen schnell selbt zu belegen. Ich hatte geantwortet, weil mich interessierte, was dahinter steckt.

Damit ist die Masche klar: Zuerst Besorgnis schüren, dann einkassieren. Es würde mich nicht jucken, wenn jemand seniorentreff.cn reservieren würde.

Ich habe im Internet nach LEALUI recherchiert und dabei gefunden, dass diese Firma nicht existiert, wohl aber eine Unmenge solcher Mails von der chinesischen Registrar Agentur. Offensichtlich schreiben die per Massenmail alle Domainbesitzer an (die Domainnamen, um die es geht, sind per Serienbrieffunktion jeweils angepasst).

Den "warmen Regards" also bitte eine kalte Abfuhr erteilen.

tja und mir geht es umgekehrt so, dass ich für Deutschland das Namensrecht für alle Print- und E-Medien sowie für alle Dienstleistungen und Warenartikel für einen sehr flotten Produktnamen habe, aber die Domaine .de und .com, die mir mal gehörten und dann aber durch Pleite des providers umgemeldet wurden, rückt man mir nicht wieder heraus.
