Since we were talking about cosmetic surgery. Despite the Kardashian butt, about which Massud Hosseini, a well-known cosmetic surgeon, isn't sure whether one of his colleagues has set his hand to it, sees "no trend towards the butt".
As for men, a "nicely formed bod", be it a result of cosmetic surgery or of regular workouts, apparently isn't everything:

What a relief.
